Supervision details
Relational. Reflective. Trauma-Informed
At Breakthrough NI, supervision is offered as a warm, collaborative space where you can reflect on your practice, feel resourced in your role, and grow in confidence and clarity.
My approach is rooted in the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which invites exploration from multiple perspectives: the client’s process, the therapeutic relationship, your internal responses and the wider systems that influence the work. This model helps us attend not only to what’s happening in sessions, but also to how we show up as practitioners and how we’re impacted by the work we do.
Supervision with me is grounded in relational psychotherapy, integrating elements of psychodynamic, person-centred therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP). I bring a strong focus on trauma, addiction, neurodivergence, and working with children, young people, and families.
In addition to working with counsellors and therapists, I also offer organisational supervision for those in non-clinical or support-based roles, including youth workers, peer mentors, support staff and community project teams. This reflective space helps individuals and groups navigate emotional labour, vicarious trauma and relational challenges in front-line or community-facing roles.
Together, we can create a space where you can safely bring the messy, the unsure and the stuck places, with compassion, reflection, and curiosity. Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, working across schools, trauma and addiction services, community settings or private practice, supervision here invites you to reconnect with your Self energy, professional intuition, and clarity of purpose.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
