Hi, I'm an enthusiastic and experienced fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the BABCP and can offer CBT Supervision to meet your needs. I hold Post Graduate training in Supervision and currently supervise CBT Psychological Therapists, GP Registrars and Care Coordinators during their CBT training. I am also qualified and experienced in delivering Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
I can offer regular, reflective supervision which is warm, supportive and friendly using my experience and training to help you make the best out of your current caseload.
The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
