Supervision details

I’m Taf, a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist, Trainer and Supervisor with a focus on supporting professionals through quality supervision and practical guidance.

I offer supervision to help practitioners grow and refine their skills while ensuring high-quality care for clients. My experience spans the NHS, private practice, and CBT training programs, where I’ve supervised practitioners and trainees alike. I provide tailored supervision based on your experience level and caseload, aiming to:

- Ensure safe, effective therapy for clients
- Help you develop new techniques and continuously improve
- Support you in navigating the challenges of therapy
- Monitor and evaluate your skills to keep you on track

At Mindfulness in Reading, I offer individual and group supervision, either in person at our Reading consulting room or online via Teams. Whether you’re looking for a one-off consultation, intensive supervision for a specific case, or regular sessions, I’m here to support you on a short- or long-term basis.

I have a strong track record of helping trainee CBT therapists through their Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma courses, offering supervision both during and after their training. I also work with a range of health professionals, including psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, medical practitioners, mental health nurses, social workers, and anyone interested in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

For Trainee CBT Therapists, I provide the supervision required for BABCP accreditation, including supervisor reports, session recordings using the CTS-R, and case study assessments (additional charges may apply).

If you’re interested in clinical or case management supervision for your team or organization, I can provide tailored support to meet your needs. Feel free to reach out to learn more!
