As therapists and trainee's we all know the ethical requirements of supervision and how invaluable it is for our professional growth.
From my experience the importance of the supervisory relationship is also invaluable to the supervision process. Working with the 7 Eyed Model, I would describe my supervision style relational, humorous and congruent.
My integrative modalities include CBT/REBT, Solution Focused, Systemic, Psychodynamic, Person Centred, Compassion Focused, Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
