Supervision details
I am passionate about supporting therapists who work with CYP, young adults, and neurodiverse clients. With both professional and lived experience of ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, I offer a neuro-affirming supervision space where practitioners feel genuinely understood, supported, and held.
My background includes extensive work in schools, specialist facilities for young people, and multi-agency working. I have significant experience supporting neurodiverse individuals, their families, and partners, alongside a strong safeguarding background across all levels.
I offer warm, collaborative, and reflective supervision that balances support with gentle challenge, helping practitioners build confidence, deepen their practice, and maintain their wellbeing.
If you are looking for a supervisor who understands both the professional and personal experiences of neurodiversity and working with CYP, I would be delighted to hear from you. Please feel free to get in touch for an informal conversation about how we might work together.
