Supervision details
I’m a qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor, offering reflective and relational supervision for counsellors and trainees at different stages of their professional development.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real clinical work. I see supervision as a space not only for ethical and professional accountability, but for curiosity, reflection, and growth. I’m particularly interested in how the person of the therapist shows up in the work — including emotional responses, relational dynamics, identity, and context.
I work integratively and often draw on relational and CLEAR-informed approaches, supporting supervisees to think deeply about their client work while staying connected to themselves. I aim to create a supervisory relationship that feels containing, respectful, and supportive, while also allowing space for challenge, learning, and honest exploration.
I am neurodiversity-affirming and welcome autistic and ADHD supervisees, as well as those exploring their neurodivergence. I’m mindful of how systems, power, identity, and minority stress can impact both client work and the therapist’s experience. I also offer an LGBTQ+ aligned supervisory space where identity does not need to be explained or defended.
