I am an Integrative trained Supervisor who is also trained in the Supervision of those working with clients both Online &Telephone or remotely.  I work with a philosophy of the 'core conditions' based within the Person-Centred Approach and am able to adapt to a Counsellors needs as they arise. I can offer a blended approach of either Online and Telephone Supervision or face to face and work privately along with also supporting in the charity sector. I can offer you a safe and supportive space and enjoy working in a collegiate, facilitative and balanced way. Supervision is very much a two way process and I see this as pivotel to the team work it takes in looking out for the best interests of the clients we work with. Supervision is seen as good practice to ensure safe and competent working and is recognised as being an important part of any client work to ensure counsellors, trainees counsellors and team members are working comfortably whilst at the same time feeling supported. I can offer you a safe space to explore any concerns and to recognise and flag up 'burn out'. I hold enhanced DBS along with Public and Professional Indemnity and Liability Insurance and I adhere to the strict framework of 'The National Counselling Society's Code of Ethics' of which I am an Accredited Professional (MNCS Prof) Registrant along with also being registered with The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists' (MBACP Rgd). I hold an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working which is mapped to the BACP Competencies and is also recognised by the National Counselling Society.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
