Supervision details

As an experienced counsellor of over 10 years and life coach for a further 4 years, I am excited and passionate to be able to offer clinical supervision to other counsellors and trainee counsellors starting out.

I see supervision as a collaboration, a real chance to reflect and explore our practice as counsellors, where we stand, how we can offer another person support whilst they give that to others. Over the years I feel I have grown and gained knowledge from a variety of supervisors that have helped me develop hugely from my person centred roots and core, within areas such as CBT, mindfulness, nature assisted therapy, inner child workings, TA and many more. It is because of this I now feel I can be of help and assistance to others, bringing a congruent, empathic and friendly approach to the supervisory relationship.

I work online and also face to face outdoor therapy, as I believe the outdoors has massive healing and explorative properties, for more information or an informal chat, give me a call.

my fee for supervision is £60 for an hour and a half session.
