Supervision is dynamic, fluid, exciting, and a celebration of your work with your clients or team members. A great supervision session is one where professional development and processes are encouraged, felt, and heard. It is a therapeutic experience and a good opportunity to discuss all the aspects of your professional role and the people, things, and histories around that. A great supervision relationship is one where the supervisor and supervisee just 'click.'
