I am a UKCP Recognised Supervisor and Recognised Training Supervisor. I completed a mindfulness-based clincial supervision training in July 2018 with OPAL. I am an experienced clinical supervisor and I have been supervising since 2000.
I work relationally and integratively in my supervisory practice. I offer a reflective space for supervisees to inquire into arising process to facilitate a deeper and wider awareness, understanding and insight into their work and arising process in relation to their work with others. The intention for the supervisory space is to hold the best interests of clients, as well as supporting supervisees with their work and their own personal process in relation to their clinical work as well as their own professional development and growth. I draw from Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Transpersonal, Relational and Body-based traditions.
