Counselling Supervision.  I am a fully qualified Supervisor having completed the Level 7 advanced Diploma in Supervision.  I am offering student counsellors a reduced rate of £45 for 1.5 hrs ( 2x 45 minute session as per student supervision minimum requirements)  For qualified counsellors a rate of £60 per 1.5 hours.  I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on many modalities where appropriate - my foundation as a counsellor is  Humanistic and influenced by Carl Rogers , with emphasis on the relationship and the person/people in the room and the relationship and the relational depth being key to the Therapeutic process   As a counsellor I also draw on Gestalt therapy where once a relationship foundation is formed then the introduction of healthy challenge is the next key to growth. I have training in several modalities even those I don't use so often and I don't dismiss any of them in their entirety so I am   happy to work with Supervisees in line with their own chosen modalities.  The models I use most in supervision are the 7 eyed supervisor - aiming to have an aerial view , which allows the Supervisee autonomy and respect in their chosen modality and methods and respecting you are the one in the room with your client and not me while at the same time exploring with a hawk eye view at the detail and parallels and bringing these into awareness with supervisees. I also nurture a collaborative and restorative approach to best support you in your practice always with Ethical principles at the heart of the interaction. I am a accredited registrant of the national counselling & Psychotherapy society, I am also fully insured for private practice. For Supervisees, I can also provide a mixture of face to face/Zoom and telephone if a requirement of your course depending on availability.
