Paula is a postgraduate qualified Psychotherapist and Clincial Supervisor with over 20 years experience. She is BACP accredited and has chartered basis for registration with the British Psychological Society. She is a consultant provider of Psychotherapy for BUPA.

As a post graduate level qualified Supervisor and lecturer she is also unusually skilled in teaching and training others.

Having spent over a decade working with abuse and sexual violence she is particularly adept at working with loss and trauma. She also has years of experience working with anxiety and stress.She runs a successful private practice and is able to support and advise on ways in which you might develop your own work in this way.

She can provide individual and group supervision. She has excellent experience of working with complex presenting issues and mental health.

She works with warmth and empowering support to help you be a confident and capable professional.

Her work is Integrative/Humanistic/Relational.

Rate for qualified Counsellors £75 for 1.5 hours.

She is happy to negotiate fees for students.
