Supervision details
As a supervisor I hope to promote growth and professional development, being the kind of supervisor that leaves counsellors feeling encouraged, challenged, but most importantly supported. In supervision I use the Hawkins and Shochet's 7 eyed model. I believe supervision should be a safe space for counsellors to reflect on their work and their own process. My background is working with teenagers in schools and adults in private practice.
