✨ Integrative Clinical Supervision with Emma Wallen

Depth. Integrity. Soul. For therapists who want more than a tick-box.

I offer online and in-person supervision for therapists who are committed to doing the deep work on themselves, in their clinical relationships, and in the world.

This is not a space for box tickers or surface skimmers. It is a space for therapists who want to grow, sharpen their integrity, and hold deeper, more transformational spaces for others.

If you are seeking supervision only because your course requires it, or if you want someone to simply rubber stamp your practice, this is not the space for you.

If you are seeking supervision because you are devoted to your evolution as a practitioner, relationally, clinically, ethically, and personally, we will work beautifully.

Professional Background

• Integrative Supervisor. Supervision training at The Grove. Holistic, depth oriented, client centred supervision.

• Double Accredited Therapist. BACP and NCPS, regulated by the Professional Standards Authority.

• Therapeutic Expertise. Relationship therapy, trauma informed care, psychotherapeutic coaching, group facilitation, embodied and intuitive approaches, spirituality and meaning making in therapy, and helping therapists explore the influence of family, culture, identity and wider social forces in their work.

I offer online supervision for therapists who are committed to doing the deep work on themselves, in their clinical relationships, and in the world.

This is not a space for box tickers or surface skimmers. It is a space for therapists who want to grow, sharpen their integrity, and hold deeper, more transformational spaces for others.

Supervision Approach

My style is integrative, relational and depth based. I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, trauma informed and coaching perspectives, with room for the subtle, systemic and soulful dimensions of the work.

I also hold space that honours and respects nuanced spiritual understandings and personal meaning making, whether these are intentionally integrated into your clinical work or arise naturally through your own practice and presence.

All of you is welcome here, including the parts of your practice and being that cannot always be named in clinical language.

I work best with supervisees who are:

✅ Deeply reflective and committed to their own inner work

✅ Willing to be both supported and stretched

✅ Curious about the edges of their practice, not just what feels safe

✅ Interested in integrating intuitive, embodied or systemic ways of working

✅ Open to exploring positionality, power and difference in the therapy space

✅ Comfortable with, or open to exploring, the spiritual and meaning making dimensions of therapy, however they show up

I do not work well with supervisees who:

🚫 Want supervision to be purely supportive without reflective challenge

🚫 Expect me to validate everything they do

🚫 Are unwilling to explore ethics, intersectionality or systemic impact

🚫 Are uncomfortable with nuance, spirituality or the deeper layers of the work

🚫 Just want a sign off or the cheapest option

Benefits of Supervision with Me

✅ A depth oriented, reflective space where your full self is welcome

✅ Rigorous thinking balanced with compassionate holding

✅ Real world ethical reflection, not textbook answers

✅ Space to explore intuition, embodiment, spirituality and meaning making, and systemic dimensions of practice

✅ Support in evolving a practice that is not only effective but also aligned and authentic
