Supervision details
As a clinical supervisor, I aim to provide a reflective, supportive, and collaborative space where practitioners can think openly about their clinical work, emotional responses, and relational dynamics. I value curiosity, emotional depth, and psychological safety within supervision, and encourage thoughtful exploration of both conscious and unconscious processes within therapeutic relationships.
My supervisory approach is informed by psychodynamic, relational, developmental, and neuropsychoanalytic perspectives. I have experience supporting trainees and qualified practitioners working with infants, children, adolescents, and adults across a range of clinical and educational settings.
I see supervision not simply as oversight, but as an important space for professional growth, emotional containment, ethical reflection, and the development of therapeutic thinking.
