Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for student counsellors & qualified counsellors/psychotherapists from my practice on Cannock Chase in the West Midlands.

I have an OCN Accredited Certificate in Counselling Supervision & my supervision approach is integrative. I offer a bespoke approach to meet the specific needs of the counsellor/psychotherapist whom I am working with. I enjoy engaging with the individual learning process of supervisees, along with the continual & necessary process of enquiry into the various unknowns & dilemmas that accompany counselling work generally.

Having professionally benefitted from supportive and collaborative supervision during my own training & professional career, I aim to offer supervisees the same quality of space for learning & exploration. Therefore I am happy to answer any questions that supervisees might have, prior to committing  to a regular supervision agreement, either over the phone or during an initial assessment meeting.

Supervision is offered to supervisees, face to face under Covid-19 secure conditions, whilst also adhering to Area Tier Restrictions which may be subject to change.

Supervision is also offered via ZOOM or telephone if preferred.

I offer Group supervision, please ask for further details.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
