About Me and Supervision

My own modality is Relational Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. my research interests and experience allowed me to work with spiritual context as well as clinical manifestation of psychodynamic issues and locus of control.

I have been practicing as a  psychotherapist for over 10 years, I am the programme leader in counselling and also supervise  students and practitioners for almost 10 years. I am the Senior Manager of REMACounselling, Watford.

MY APPROACH to your supervision:
     Relational

MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that the Supervision should be a nurturing, enabling and respectful relationship.
There is a strongly supportive  & developmental theme to my work but also  hope that we can explore and learn around your client work together.

I believe that whoever you choose to work with , you should be able to be  congruent and open with your Supervisor. That's why its important to get on together while still holding the Supervisory frame and build a good supervisory relationship

I aim to  see you develop to be a safe practitioner & for you to know how to look after yourself in this difficult but  exciting work .

I love my work and will enjoy supporting you in yours.

I am a highly qualified & very experienced  psychotherapist working with variety of issues.

I enjoy  the creative approaches  as these help connect the right & left brain sides of our being
