Supervision details
I offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists who are either in training or fully trained. I provide an integrative as well as specialist CBT supervision which I adapt to the supervisee's needs.I have a warm and encouraging approach to clinical supervision. I understand the need for each individual to be acknowledged and supported in a way that will promote personal development as well as effective counsellor/client work.In my supervision practice, I provide a collaborative and reflective space for the supervisee to develop their self-awareness and generate insight. I am mindful of unconscious dynamics such as transference and parallel processes that may be at play both in the supervisee/client work and in the supervisor/supervisee relationship. I also assist supervisees in developing specific case formulations to help them provide optimal support to their clients.
My fees are £65 per supervision session (1hour).
