I qualified as a clinical supervisor with the Centre for Supervision and Team Development. This is in the well known Seven Eyed Model of Supervision developed by Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot, which emphasises the process of therapeutic work rather than the content. There is also room for the content but it is a process led approach which I have found to be transformative and supportive.
I offer in depth but flexible supervision for counsellors working with couples and individuals. I am also an accreditated member of COSRT so am able to supervise other COSRT members or Psychosexual counsellors working towards their accreditation.
I have a collaborative and integrative approach and aim to support you in your work in an authentic and ethical way. I aim to create a safe space for growth and learning but at the same time a sense of holding and exploration of your client work in order to develop yourself and the quality of your practice.
