Supervision details
I offer integrative supervision for therapists, trainees, and holistic health practitioners to explore your client work, professional development, and the relational, emotional, and energetic dynamics that arise.
Sessions can be one-to-one or in small groups (up to four people).
Concessions are available for ALL trainees, newly qualified therapists (within 2 years of qualifying), and some therapists/practitioners depending on individual circumstances and your fee. Please let me know if this applies to you when you get in touch.
We’ll attend to the full complexity of your work: looking at what’s arising - whether that’s a dynamic with a client, a sense of disconnection, a stuck place or a moment of transformation. Sessions offer containment, support and shared inquiry. I aim to meet you where you are, with honesty and care.
Supervision is a confidential, collaborative process that supports reflection, insight and ongoing development
- offering a place to think through your work, explore challenges, and stay connected to what matters.
- inviting curiosity about both the practical and less visible aspects of practice: intuition, relationship, and the patterns that quietly influence how we work.
- supporting sustainable practice, openness to learning, and the self-awareness needed to meet others with care and integrity.
We begin with a free 30-minute introductory call. It’s a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if it’s the right fit - there’s no pressure to continue.
How often and for how long we meet depends on the requirements of your regulatory body, client load, and support needs. usually a minimum of 1.5 hours per month is recommended.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
