My approach to supervision is supportive, collaborative and reflective. I aim to provide a safe and thoughtful space where you can explore your client work, ethical considerations and professional development, while also paying attention to your wellbeing.
Supervision is a space for you to reflect on your work to learn and grow and to feel supported. It is a chance for you to step outside your work and talk about areas you are not able to discuss with others due to confidentiality. There are often patterns and themes in your work which may become apparent. It can be interesting to see how these relate to your own personal circumstances.It provides you with a space to share all aspects of your work with clients or people you are supporting as well as considering any ethical or boundary or organisational issues.I am a non judgemental encouraging supervisor and hope our work together will enable you to feel supported and be able to grow. Most importantly it is part of your self care. I offer face to face supervision as well as online supervision. This is both supervision online and supervision for online work. I am qualified as both a face to face and an online supervisor and am happy to offer supervision for blended work, and where appropriate blended supervision.
A qualified supervisor based in Cambridge. I offer supervision to individuals or small groups online or in person. My training was with with CST (Cambridge Supervision Training), a highly regarded training organisation. I hold Certificate in Supervision (ASIIP 2011) and Diploma (ASIIP 2012) I also have a Diploma in Online supervision from OCTS and was a senior professional member of ACTO
I currently work with a range of levels of experience from trainees to experienced counsellors and a variety of orientations. As well as working with private supervisees and offer support for those in a caring role who are not counsellors from other professions. Previously been a supervisor with Cruse, Center 33 and STARS and for trainees on the Adlerian counselling diploma.
I have both a Certificate and Diploma in Supervision (Adlerian/Integrative) awarded by Cambridge Supervision Training and Accredited by ASIIP and a Diploma in online counselling supervision awarded by OCST and recognised by ACTO.

Supervision fees are usually £70 per therapeutic hour
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
