I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Supervisor with BACP accreditation.

Humanistic person-centred  philosophy underpins my Supervision work and I have extensive training in Psychodynamic individual and couple counselling. I also have training in and a working knowledge of CBT, MET and Solution Focused therapy and Single Session Therapy.

I have twenty years of counselling experience in a wide range of settings. I have also worked extensively as a Clinical Supervisor for Support Workers, Social Workers and Counsellors in various agencies as well as with Counsellors of all levels in my private practice.

I appreciate the importance of working in a way that is appropriate for the individual and I use my natural empathy with theoretical understanding to provide a supportive and educative space for my Supervisees to explore and realise their professional and personal potential.
My experience shows me that clinical supervision is essential for the emotional well being of all those in caring professions and I also work successfully with care-workers, teachers, nurses, doctors etc.

I would welcome inquiries from individual Supervisees as well as from Organisations requiring Clinical Supervision.

I charge £25.00 for an initial session to discuss whether we could work effectively together and £45.00 per hour thereafter.

Please contact me on 07752705778 or 01284 831079,or email chrissysands@hotmail.co.uk
