Supervision details
I work mainly from the fundamental basis of safe love. This relates to how we were are with clients how we treat ourselves and how we explore oneanother in the supervisor alliance. I follow normative formative and restorative paradigms and deeply value reflexive practitioners and reflective work. Working creatively and safely with clients is paramount, but we must also offer this to our supervisees and supervisors. I will challenge you as much as I will support you and I expect the same from you.
