About My Supervision Practice
I offer a co-productive supervision space where we work together to find the frameworks that best support your unique clinical style. Trained by the NHS Tavistock & Portman, my approach is deeply reflective, helping you navigate complex relational and organisational dynamics through a systems thinking lens.
I believe that some clinical insights stay "under the surface" in purely verbal work; therefore, I often incorporate art materials and creative media to help unlock fresh perspectives on your toughest cases.

My Background
In addition to my Tavistock training, my experience in NHS settings allows me to support practitioners working within high-pressure systems. Whether you are a trainee looking for a solid foundation or an experienced therapist seeking creative renewal, I provide a space that is both robust and deeply supportive.
I have worked in organisations such as the NHS, Criminal Justice, Education, SEMH schools, Higher Education, corporates, and private practice.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
