Supervision details
My supervision practice is grounded in a relational approach, informed in the seven -eyed model of supervision, which allows space to explore the therapeutic relationship, the wider system, and the supervisee's personal and professional development.
I have extended training and experience working with trauma, abuse and neurodivergence, I am attuned as to how this work can impact practitioners emotionally and relationally.
My style is warm and I offer a supportive, reflective and thoughtfully challenging supervisory space, where supervisees feel safe to bring their full work questions, uncertainties, stuckness, and successes. I value supervision as a collaborative process that enhances ethical practice, resilience and confidence.
