Supervision details
I offer 1-to-1 supervision both online and in person, with face-to-face sessions available at The Burton Street Foundation in Hillsborough or within my beautiful therapy space surrounded by nature on the Welbeck Estate. My supervision is about supporting the whole of you as a practitioner, recognising that your wellbeing, creativity, and sense of self are central to your work. Together, we can explore self-care, burnout prevention, professional challenges, and the emotional impact of your role.
Drawing on the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model, a person-centred approach, and my experience as a Dramatherapist, I bring creativity, imagination, and reflective practices into the supervision space. This offers opportunities to explore your practice in different ways, including the dynamics, relationships, and patterns that may be emerging within your work. Supervision with me is a compassionate and collaborative space to pause, reflect, gain insight, and reconnect with your values, creativity, and confidence as a practitioner.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
