About me
Natasha Hargrove,
Do you need a space to explore your world? I offer 1-to-1 and Group Therapy in Sheffield, Worksop, and online.
With over 18 years of experience, I provide a warm, safe, and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am a qualified creative psychotherapist and a qualified clinical supervisor. You don’t need to be "creative" to benefit from therapy with me. The creative tools I use—such as drama, art, music, movement, stories, and metaphors—are simply ways to help you think differently, gain insight, and approach challenges in new ways.
I have particular experience supporting neurodiverse clients, working with disadvantaged groups, and empowering individuals who feel overlooked or unsure of their own strengths. My approach is tailored to help each person feel heard, understood, and supported in their personal growth.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I also offer clinical supervision, providing a reflective, collaborative, and supportive space for therapists and other helping professionals to develop their practice with confidence.
I’m 39, and outside of work I love singing, travelling and spending time outdoors. Nature and the arts inspire me, and I bring this curiosity and openness into the therapy room to support your journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold an MA in Dramatherapy, an MA in Education, a Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, and specialist qualifications in Children’s Mental Health and Trauma-Informed Practice. I am also trained in Creative Supervision through Relight in Bristol, a course recognised by the UKCP Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy College (HIPC).
With over 18 years’ experience across the NHS, secure units, schools, and community services, I have supported children, young people, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Through my work at A Mind Apart, I have contributed to projects including supporting young people, working with families following diagnoses, and collaborating with the NHS to support those experiencing eating disorders and neurodivergence.
My experience enables me to offer thoughtful, creative, and tailored support to individuals and groups, helping people navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover their strengths.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Additional information
My fees vary depending on the space we use. Online sessions are offered at a lower cost, while sessions in a rented space reflect the higher associated costs.
I also work as part of A Mind Apart, a social enterprise that provides free or low-cost therapy to those who need it most. This means that any fee you pay helps support A Mind Apart’s work, contributing to resources and services for individuals and groups who may not otherwise have access to therapy.
Further information
My training and experience are extensive, and I take continuing professional development and supervision seriously, often engaging in it weekly to ensure my practice remains current and effective. However, this space isn’t about me or what I can offer, it’s about you and what you need. I offer a free trial session and regularly review our work together, giving you the opportunity to reflect on whether I am supporting you in the way you need.
This process is central to our therapeutic relationship and can also become a space where you start to explore your own boundaries practising saying no, asking for what you need, and feeling confident in advocating for yourself. My aim is to create a safe, responsive environment where your voice and needs are always at the heart of the work we do together.
