Supervision details

I offer clinical supervision to trainee and qualified CBT therapists, counsellors, and other professionals working with children, young people, adults, and families. I am a BABCP-accredited CBT Psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience across CAMHS, adoption support, and private practice.

My supervision style is collaborative and reflective, providing a safe space to explore clinical work while building confidence and skills. I support supervisees with case formulation, intervention planning, and professional development, alongside reflective practice that attends to therapist wellbeing.

I work primarily from a CBT model, but also integrate third-wave approaches (ACT, DBT-informed practice), DDP, and trauma-focused interventions. I bring lived experience of ADHD and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective, which informs my supervision when working with neurodivergent clients.

I welcome supervisees working with anxiety, OCD (including ERP), trauma, emetophobia, and family/adoption-related challenges. Supervision is available online or in person in Marple, Stockport. I offer individual and small-group supervision, tailored to your stage of training, accreditation pathway, or ongoing CPD needs.
