Supervision details
I offer CBT supervision for therapists working with both adults and children/young people. My background includes NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT), adult CBT practice, and over 6 years' experience delivering and supervising CBT within CAMHS. I have supervised qualified and trainee CBT therapists and psychologists across a range of settings. I am very passionate about supervising and use an approach that is warm, structured and collaborative. I typically aim to hold in mind the multiple layers of therapy including the client, intervention, supervisory relationship, therapist thoughts and feelings and the overall context (Wider system around the client, diversity and difference/social GRACES)
I have completed a PG Certificate in CYP CBT supervision (King's College London 2024, Distinction)
Supervision sessions are charged at £75 for an hour session
