Supervision details

At The Mind Hack, we offer supportive, confidential clinical supervision for counsellors and for anyone working in a people-focused role. Whether you’re part of a school, charity, community organisation, statutory service, or a workplace with high emotional demands, our supervision services give your staff a safe space to reflect, recharge, and stay well.

We understand that those who support others often carry a heavy emotional load. Listening, problem-solving, caring, and managing people’s needs can take its toll—especially when there’s no space to pause and process. Our supervision offers exactly that.

Who We Support
Our supervision services are open to:

Counsellors and therapists
Support workers
Teachers and classroom staff
Social care and youth workers
Community and charity teams
Frontline and well-being staff
Managers and leaders in people-centred roles
Professionals working with trauma, conflict, or emotionally-demanding situations
If your role involves caring for others, we can support you.

What We Provide
We offer:

1:1 supervision (in-person or online)
Group supervision for teams
Peer supervision sessions
On-site supervision within organisations
Supervision at The Mind Hack therapy centre
All sessions are delivered by experienced, trauma-informed clinical supervisors with extensive backgrounds in mental health, community work, education, and organisational wellbeing.

Why Supervision Matters for Your Team
Supervision isn’t just a professional requirement for clinical roles—it’s a powerful wellbeing tool that enhances how staff show up in their work.

Our supervision helps your team to:

Offload safely in a confidential, non-judgmental space
Reduce burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion
Strengthen boundaries and resilience
Reflect on difficult situations with clarity and support
Develop healthier ways of working
Improve confidence, communication, and decision-making
Feel valued, supported, and retained within the organisation
When staff feel emotionally grounded and well supported, it shows in the quality of care, communication, and service delivery.

Where Sessions Take Place
Supervision can be delivered:

In our calming, private rooms at The Mind Hack
Online for ease and accessibility
On-site within your organisation for whole-team support
We tailor our supervision approach to what your team needs most.

Why Choose The Mind Hack

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
