You may bring a client who has stayed with you between sessions, a moment of clinical uncertainty, or work that feels emotionally heavy or unclear. Supervision offers space to slow things down, think more deeply, and make sense of what is happening in your client work and in your experience of it.
Together we explore the therapeutic relationship, emerging patterns, and what may be sitting just outside awareness and shaping the work.
Alongside client work, supervision offers space to reflect on your wellbeing and the development of your practice, including workload, boundaries, confidence, and direction. There is also space to consider how your working life is affecting the way you practise.
My approach is grounded in person-centred values, offering a steady, reflective, and non-judgemental supervisory relationship.
As a blind supervisor, I bring a way of working shaped by attention to perception, detail, and meaning-making, supporting careful exploration of process. I also bring experience of emotionally intense helpline work supporting people in crisis and complex distress, which informs a grounded understanding of sustained clinical contact.
I work with trainees, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced clinicians. Reduced rates are available for students and newly qualified therapists.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
