Supervision details
My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive and reflective. I create a safe space where you can explore your clinical work openly, deepen your skills and strengthen your confidence. Whether you are seeking support with complex cases, ethical dilemmas, therapeutic skills or your own professional development, I tailor supervision to meet your individual needs and goals.
I work integratively, drawing on a range of evidenced based psychological models including trauma informed CBT, psychodynamic and systemic. I use EMDR and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) and although not trained to supervise these two modalities, I can offer reflection and guidance on cases. I have a particular interest in supporting supervisees to develop their own authentic style of practice, grounded in clinical skill, self-awareness and compassion.
I offer supervision to:
- Trainee and qualified Clinical Psychologists
- Therapists and coaches from a range of modalities
- Professionals and managers who are seeking to develop their roles and integrate psychological insight into their practice
If you are looking for a supervisor who will meet you where you are, encourage reflective practice and support your ongoing development with warmth and professionalism, I would be happy to hear from you.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
