Supervision for Therapists Who Work in the Chaos (And Care Deeply Anyway)
Working with teenagers and young adults isn’t your average therapy gig. It’s layered. Messy. Often thankless. And also? Bloody powerful.
You’re probably here because
- You’re juggling ethical knots while trying to stay true to yourself
- You’ve got brilliant-but-burned-out energy and need someone who gets it
- Your clients are navigating trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and life storms...and sometimes pushing every one of your buttons
- You’re craving supervision that feels like a lifeline, not a tick-box
Good! Because that’s exactly what I offer.
I’ve spent over a decade in the thick of it. From mainstream schools and CAMHS to alternative provision and youth justice. I’ve sat in sessions with young people who throw chairs, walk out, come out, mask hard, or stare you out. I know what it’s like to care deeply in a system that doesn’t always work. I’ve been there; and I stayed.
What You Can Expect
🧠 Therapy for the Therapist You’re Becoming
This isn’t performance supervision. It’s real, reflective space where we can untangle the tough stuff, explore what’s yours and what’s theirs, and help you show up with confidence and integrity.
🎯 Specialist Insight That’s Actually Useful
Got questions about ADHD, autism, LGBTQ+ identity, risk-taking behaviour or navigating tricky family dynamics? I’ve got you. No fluff, just grounded support from someone who’s walked the same terrain.
🕒 Supervision that Fits Your Real Life
Available online or in-person. Monday to Thursday, 11am to 7.30pm. No faff, no pressure. Just flexible space where you can breathe and be honest.
This isn’t therapy-lite or mentoring-by-numbers. It’s a place to be challenged, championed, and cheered on while you figure out what kind of therapist you really want to be. Swearing is welcomed. Crying is wonderful. Feeling lost is expected. We’ll work it out.
Supervision that actually sees you. Not just your caseload
Book a free initial consultation and let’s see if we click. Because supervision should feel like oxygen. Not obligation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
