Supervision details
I aim to offer a safe and encouraging space for colleagues to make sense of their clients' difficulties and think through the different elements of their work together. I am also passionate about helping people develop as clinicians whether it be by taking new perspectives on clinical problems or by exploring new avenues of PDP. Like most, I typically draw from several supervision models and I am a fan of Hawkins and Shohet's Process model and enjoy exploring the different dimensions of psychological therapy.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
