Good supervision is about more than meeting professional requirements.
It's about having the time and space to think, reflect and make sense of the work you do. A place where you can celebrate what's going well, explore the challenges honestly and leave feeling supported, refreshed and confident in your practice.
Whether you're an experienced counsellor, newly qualified or working in another helping profession, supervision should feel collaborative, encouraging and grounded in curiosity rather than judgement.
Clinical supervision for Trainee Counsellors.
Supporting trainee counsellors has become a particular passion of mine. Supervision is about far more than discussing cases. It's a place to think, ask questions, celebrate your progress and explore the challenges that naturally arise during training and placement.
Together we'll explore:

- Managing self-doubt and imposter feelings.
- Looking after yourself alongside client work.

My aim is to help you grow in confidence while feeling supported every step of the way.
Practical info:
Fees - I charge £49.00 per hour (discounted rate of £44.00 for Trainee Counsellors). In terms of availability I try to be as flexible as possible in regards to days and times particularly for online appointments.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
