About me

Looking for Neurodivergent-Affirming Support?
Maybe you’ve recently discovered you’re neurodivergent and hoped that a diagnosis or medication would make everything click, but you still feel overwhelmed, stuck, or “too much.” You might still be waiting on the NHS and need support sooner, or you may not want an assessment at all but know you’d benefit from making sense of how your mind works.

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent adults - especially ADHDers, AUDHDers, and autistic people - who want to understand themselves better, shift unhelpful patterns, and build a life that genuinely works for them. My approach is fully neuro-affirmative: I don’t view neurodivergence as something to “fix,” but as a different, valid way of experiencing the world. Still, life can feel exhausting when systems aren’t built with you in mind, and that’s where our work together can make things easier.

I can help you with:
• Overwhelm, burnout, and emotional regulation
• Perfectionism, self-doubt, and rejection sensitivity
• Motivation, focus, task initiation, demand avoidance, and executive functioning
• Sensory sensitivities and supporting your energy
• Navigating work, relationships, and life changes

How I Work:
My style is warm, practical, and completely tailored to you. I draw from Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), CBT, and Acceptnace and Commitment Therapy (ACT) - always in a way that feels useful rather than rigid. I can also weave in movement and nutrition insights, because mind and body are deeply connected and both deserve care.

Sessions might include gentle reflection, creative tools, or simple personalised strategies to try between sessions - always at a pace that feels comfortable for you whilst gently stretching your comfort zone to make space for change.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
