Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress or burnout?
Whether it’s constant worry, pressure at work, racing thoughts, exhaustion, or a general sense of being “on edge,” you don’t have to manage it alone. I specialise in helping people break free from these patterns, so you can feel calmer, stronger, and back in control.
Many clients come to me exhausted from trying to cope alone, or wanting to finally shift long-standing challenges around confidence, self-esteem, or unhelpful thinking. Together, we make sense of what’s holding you back and create a clear path forward.
I’ve been in full-time practice since 2004, specialising in anxiety, stress, and burnout in all their forms. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of clients understand what drives their distress, change how they respond, and build lasting resilience.
My approach blends the structure of CBT and REBT with the effectiveness of clinical hypnotherapy and the practical tools of positive psychology. This combination gives you grounded, actionable strategies that create real, lasting change — not just temporary relief. I’m also the author of books on REBT and hypnotherapy, focusing on wellbeing and resilience.
I offer a calm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore what’s holding you back, and develop tools that genuinely work for you. Clients often tell me they value my straightforward, compassionate style and how quickly they notice positive shifts.
Alongside private practice, I’ve worked in private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS, and the Priory Hospital. I also deliver workshops and webinars on mental health, have taught on college programmes, and run bespoke single-session therapy options for rapid, powerful change.
I currently work online only, offering flexible support across the UK, Europe, and the USA. A free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom lets you see if we’re a good fit before committing to therapy.
