About me
Hi, I'm Jake.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.
I have a particular interest in supporting people who feel stuck, directionless, or uncertain about the next chapter of their lives. Whether you're experiencing a career change, relationship breakdown, bereavement, identity shifts, acceptance or simply a sense that something no longer feels right, therapy can provide the space to reconnect with your values, rediscover purpose, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with:
- Adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or emotional overwhelm
- Individuals navigating grief, loss, and significant life transitions
- People struggling with identity, self-worth, or a lack of purpose
- Neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism
- Professionals experiencing burnout or work-related stress
- Athletes, performers, and creatives managing pressure and performance
- LGBTQ+ clients seeking an inclusive, affirming therapeutic space
- Individuals living with diagnosed mental health conditions
Areas I can support you with:
- Anxiety, depression, and emotional wellbeing
- Life transitions and adjustment
- Grief and loss
- Identity, meaning, and purpose
- Self-esteem, confidence, and resilience
- Stress and burnout
- Relationship difficulties
- Personal growth and self-development
- Performance psychology and mindset
- Equine-assisted psychotherapy
My approach
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and authentic, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and understood.

I offer both face-to-face and online therapy
If you're looking for a supportive, compassionate therapist to help you make sense of where you are and discover where you'd like to go, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
