Coping strategies and boundary setting after sexual violence (Women Only Space) VAWG
Welcome to our online event focusing on coping strategies and boundary setting after experiencing sexual violence. You will be treated with respect and without judgment. We will provide insights into trauma-informed practices along with tools to help you navigate through difficult emotions, including flashbacks and triggers, as well as considering how to re-establish boundaries.
Regular online workshops supporting survivors of sexual violence by providing you with access to trauma-informed techniques and education to enable you to support your own recovery. These are non-disclosing workshops where you will not be required to tell your story, and you will be provided with a confidential space. We will offer you the space to learn how to cope with the aftermath of sexual violence and establish boundaries in a respectful and supportive online environment.

With a core trauma-informed training and expereince working with sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment and rape. I work with children, young people and adults. My aim is to provide a respectful relationship to enable you to use it to aid your recovery.
