Supervision group for people working therapeutically outdoors
Supervision group for outdoor professionals and psychotherapists
A group facilitated by clinical supervisors from the Association of Outdoor Therapy
This online supervision group is for diverse professionals working therapeutically and psychotherapeutically in the outdoors. The intention is to co-create a space where together we can share, reflect and learn collaboratively, with the hope of developing our practice in the outdoors.
The group is open to professionals in different fields, such as counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as outdoor professionals, forest schools practitioners, rangers, teachers, allied mental health professionals, social workers, etc. We welcome practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, lived experiences, and professional contexts.
In this group there will be opportunities to:
- discuss your outdoor therapeutic practice and its challenges
- connect meaningfully and explore professional issues with like-minded practitioners
- consider your professional context and how you might develop it further
- reflect on your personal experiences of work
