Reflective supervision group
I am currently exploring interest in a small reflective supervision group for therapists and trainee practitioners.
The aim would be to create a supportive and psychologically thoughtful space where people can think openly about their clinical work, emotional responses, relational dynamics, and the complexities that emerge within therapeutic practice.
Supervision can be much more than case discussion alone. At its best, it can become a space for reflection, emotional containment, professional growth, and deeper therapeutic thinking.
My approach is informed by psychodynamic, relational, developmental, and neuropsychoanalytic perspectives, with a strong emphasis on curiosity, emotional safety, and collaborative exploration.
The small group of 4-6 people would be held online and would be a paid supervision space. Further details would depend on interest. Monthly at a time to be decided.
If this feels like something that may support your practice, please feel free to message me directly.
