Mindfulness drop in sessions in Devon
Mindfulness drop in sessions every Friday at Mathews Hall, Topsham, Devon.
Experience has taught us that people often need support in establishing their own Mindfulness practice or once they have established their practice, enjoy a regular practice in the company of like-minded others. It's just nicer that way! Mindfulness drop in sessions supports you wherever you are in your mindfulness practice.
The sessions give you the opportunity to practice with like minded others. You may be a complete beginner, have completed an eight-week course, or developed your own practice at home, which may or may not have lapsed. Come and see if this is the place for you.
What should I expect the session to include?
Sessions usually start with a practice of about 30 to 40 minutes, followed by a short discussion. There is then a break during which tea and coffee are provided. Followed by a short teaching on a point of mindfulness-based therapy. This is either something new, a recap for those who have completed an eight-week course, or a introduction for those who are new to mindfulness. The session ends with a short practice, you are welcome to stay behind and ask questions.
How much does it cost and do I need to book?
It is helpful if you can let us know if your'e coming but not essential. Your first session is £5. If you decide drop-ins are for you, subsequent sessions cost £8 or save money and bulk buy 10 for £65. If you have any questions please get in touch through this page or or check us out at www.momentsofmindfulness.com
With warm wishes.
