From overwhelmed to insurance-ready: online course for therapists

A self-paced online course for UK therapists, counsellors and psychologists who want to work with private health insurers and don't know where to start.

Six video modules walk you through registering with Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Vitality, including how Bupa's process differs and is handled separately. It covers Healthcode and whether you need the paid part of it, invoicing, session extensions, and how to weigh up whether a given insurer's rates make sense for your practice. Templates, checklists and real-world walkthroughs included, with lifetime access so you can return to each step when you're mid-form.

Doors open Tuesday 25th August 2026. Everyone joining before 10th December is a founding student, which includes the Insurance Clinic, a live monthly Q&A on Zoom for the questions the forms don't answer.
