Familiar ground: healing early relationship patterns
Do you ever find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, even when you know you want something different?
Perhaps you find it difficult to trust, fear abandonment, keep people at a distance, give more than you receive, or struggle to express what you need. Often, these adult patterns have roots in our early relationships with our parents or caregivers.
"Familiar Ground" is a 3-part online therapeutic workshop series exploring how early parental dynamics shape the way we relate, love, protect ourselves, and understand our own worth.
