The Minster Centre has places on its Diploma in Integrative Supervision. This high quality robust training with a well-deserved reputation meets UKCP standards and BACP training standards.

The course begins in February and runs at weekends over six months. It is designed to  enable the supervisor to work with counsellors and/or psychotherapists across different orientations. Topics will include contracting, ethics, issues of difference, assessment and focusing, developmental stages, unconscious relational processes, the internal supervisor, issues of power and authority, ruptures in the supervisory alliance, the organisational context, and working with groups. It is possible to do additional elements to obtain a PG Dip /MA.
