About me
Do you quietly struggle to make sense of your thoughts, emotions, or simply find daily challenges difficult? Please know, you are not alone.
For many people who are living with personal concerns, depression, anxiety or neurodiversity, every day can be a battle with challenges that aren't visible to others. The weight of carrying this can be overwhelming for some.
If you are feeling misunderstood, isolated, confused, or exhausted by the constant effort required just to live day to day. In therapy, you can gain validation, understanding and strategies that translate into practical everyday improvements.
If you resonate with what you have read and are curious about how therapy could work for you, I'd love to hear from you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I work with individuals from all backgrounds and presentations. I have a special interest in supporting some of the things listed below:
- Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism)
- Anxiety, depression and trauma
- Life transitions / feeling stuck
- Professional, family and romantic relationship challenges
- Narcissistic abuse recovery
- Religious or faith-related pressures, identity conflicts, and spiritual transition
- Sexual identity, intimacy and desire with care
Your challenges aren't always personal; they're shaped by the systems, cultures, and expectations around you.
In our work together, you’ll find a space that genuinely honours who you are, your identity, your background, and the beliefs that matter to you.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Therapy can feel a lot like building a house. You start with the blueprint and the foundations, the core parts of your life that provide stability and hold everything together. As we work together, you begin to build the structure around you: the walls, the rooms, the spaces that reflect what truly matters to you.
Over time, you might choose to extend the house, open new rooms, or invite people in who feel safe and supportive. You get to decide what this home becomes. With a solid foundation beneath you, you have the freedom to shape the rest in a way that feels authentic, grounded, and entirely your own.
