About me
When life feels overwhelming or unclear, talking it through with someone can make all the difference. Whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, or just need a safe space to untangle your thoughts, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My approach is rooted in Walk and Talk Therapy, where we step outside of the traditional office and into nature. Moving together outdoors lets you feel more grounded and relaxed, making it easier to express yourself. Research shows that fresh air and movement can ease stress and boost mental well-being, and many find this setting more comfortable and freeing than a traditional therapy room.
Taking time for yourself is an essential act of self-care. We all need moments to reflect, recharge, and gain clarity. Walk and Talk Therapy helps you do just that, blending movement, nature, and therapeutic conversation. Together, we’ll navigate the challenges you’re facing, whether it’s anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship issues. This is your time to explore your thoughts and emotions with a caring and empathetic guide.
If getting outside isn’t an option, I also offer face-to-face sessions in my private counselling room in Holmfirth, providing a comfortable and supportive space for reflection. Alternatively, online sessions are available so we can connect wherever you are. Whether in-person or online, I’m here to provide a supportive, understanding space where we’ll work through challenges at your own pace..
Reaching out for support is a brave decision, and it takes courage to recognise when you need help. This is the first step towards positive change. To ensure you find the right fit for your needs, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to connect and discuss your goals, helping you determine if my approach is right for you. Finding the right person to support you is an important decision, and I want you to feel confident in your choice.
