About me

If you’re struggling with anxiety or low mood, I can help you understand what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical strategies to move towards your goals, and help you feel more like yourself again.

i offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

I am an accredited CBT Therapist, EMDR Therapist and trained in DBT Skills. I have over 10 years experience working in both the NHS and privately.

I believe that therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, explore your experiences openly, and work collaboratively towards meaningful change.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) can help you understand and change patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be keeping you stuck, while EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a highly effective therapy for processing trauma and distressing life experiences. These approaches can help reduce emotional distress, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.

Finding the right therapist is important. I offer a 15 minute initial consultation to see if we’d be a good fit.

I also offer CBT clinical supervision for qualified and trainee therapists.

Wheelchair user access
Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Please specify if you need a wheelchair access so I can book a room accordingly.
