About me
I offer psychotherapy for adults online across the UK and in person in Canary Wharf, London. I work with people experiencing sleep difficulties and insomnia, often alongside anxiety, overthinking, stress, burnout, self-criticism, relationship difficulties or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My particular interest is in the relationship between emotional wellbeing, stress, sleep, insomnia and the body. Sleep difficulties are rarely separate from the rest of our lives, and therapy can offer a space to explore what may be keeping your mind and body alert.
My approach is relational and collaborative, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic principles. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or labels, I am interested in understanding you as a whole person- including your relationships, history, emotions, body, coping patterns and the wider context of your life.
Therapy with me offers a calm, confidential and reflective space where we can begin to make sense of what may be happening beneath the surface, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and move towards greater self-understanding, steadiness and freedom in how you live.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy. My core training is integrative, drawing on relational, person-centred and psychodynamic approaches.
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I have over eight years’ experience working in sleep and respiratory services and continue to work as a Senior Sleep Physiologist in private healthcare. I have also contributed to published academic research relating to sleep. This has shaped my particular interest in the relationship between emotional wellbeing, stress, sleep, insomnia and the body.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer therapy both online and in person. Online sessions are available across the UK, and in-person sessions take place in Canary Wharf, London.
Sessions are usually held weekly and last 60 minutes. Some people come for shorter-term support around a particular difficulty, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change.
Before beginning therapy, I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory phone or video call. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and think together about whether working together feels like the right fit.
I currently offer weekday appointments, including a limited number of evening sessions. Please get in touch to discuss current availability.
