About me

Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts?

I'm an Integrative Therapist specialising in anxiety, ADHD, depression, addiction (love, codependency, porn, 12 step informed), confidence, relationships, intimacy, panic attacks, motivation, goal setting, self-worth and self-esteem.

Perhaps you’re finding it challenging to navigate life right now and are seeking clarity and some guidance. Or maybe you feel ‘okay’ and just want to improve your overall well being? I offer a unique blend of counselling, psychotherapy, and coaching, giving us the freedom to explore your past, present, and future.

I also have an interest in working with men's issues. You may be grappling with low self-worth, and harsh self-criticism. You may sense there is lots ‘unresolved’ within you that you’re ready to look at. Get in touch to start working towards getting things back on track.

Whether it's overcoming procrastination, addressing relationship challenges, or finding a way to understand and manage your emotions, I’m here to support you.

If anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction are creating roadblocks, or if you're simply searching for a sense of purpose and motivation, know that you don’t have to face this alone.

Together, we can explore these feelings, working towards a deeper understanding of yourself and the tools needed to navigate life's challenges.

I offer sessions:

  • Online: from the comfort of your own home.

We will build up a picture of where you are and where you want to get to. Spending as much time as you need on processing prior to moving forward.

We will prioritise self-empathy before action. As you connect with yourself, energy gradually builds for the forward journey. And coaching becomes the next natural step.

I focus on the body/mind connection. Bringing attention to the body frequently and using the breath to guide clients gently towards their feelings.

I'm not the type of therapist who will sit quietly, nodding in a 'blank screen' type manner. If needed, I will offer my thoughts and feelings to you with empathy and compassion.

Whether you're in need of guidance or to be challenged, I can support you. We will develop an approach together that works specifically for you.

We'll work together. Each week, you'll have a dedicated space to delve into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

I'm influenced by mindfulness, parts work, and breathwork.

  • Person-centred: The answers are within you, and I’m here as a facilitator, holding a space for you to discover these answers.
  • Parts Work: This helps you explore the various facets of your personality and emotions, fostering self-compassion and understanding as we welcome each part of you.
  • Breathwork: By harnessing the incredible power of your breath, we can use this tool to regulate and feel feelings.
  • Mindfulness: I integrate mindfulness practices and principles to help you cultivate self-awareness, manage stress, and live in the present moment.

Benefits of Working Together

Past clients have shared that they heightened their self-confidence and cultivated a deeper sense of self-compassion. There’s been some substantial personal growth, marked by a reduction in negative thinking and an increased awareness of their inner selves. Through our collaborative efforts, individuals learned to lean into their experiences, effectively processing and understanding what unfolds. The work equipped them with enhanced self-regulation skills, fostering a more open and connected relationship with themselves.

As a result, clients frequently expressed newfound clarity and direction, confidently moving forward in their lives.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
